Great Value and Homely Feel: The converted ex-council house had a quirky and welcoming appeal, making it feel more like a guest house than a hotel. It offered a homely atmosphere, which was perfect for a cozy Easter getaway. The owners were friendly and always available to assist with any issues or concerns.
Breakfast Room Unavailable and Check-in Delay: Unfortunately, the dining room was under repair during our stay, so breakfast was not available as advertised. despite requesting a 3 PM check-in, the keys were not readily available, requiring us to call the hosts to unlock the property.

As business travelers, we were delighted with the facilities and amenities provided. The communication was excellent, and the staff made every effort to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a private ensuite. We were impressed by the vegan-friendly toiletries and the high-quality body wash provided. The breakfast room had a charming vintage Suffolk decor and exceeded our expectations with a wide range of continental options, including cereals, breads, pastries, homemade conserves. it felt like a real home away from home.
Felt like VIPs, no complaints whatsoever.

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing an extra mattress for my son. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and town. Despite the slight quirks in the decor, it added to the homely and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Falcon Towers for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting stay.

The units at Falcon Towers are fantastic! They come with all the essentials you need, like a TV, fridge, kettle, and a comfy bed. I loved the cozy and homely feeling of the double room I stayed in - it even had a bathrobe!
Personally, I found the bathrobe unnecessary, but others might appreciate the added luxury.
